My name is Sean, and that's my lovely wife Ruth and our adorable daughter Astrid.

We're originally from a small town in South Africa called Zinkwazi Beach, which you can check out on TripAdvisor if you're curious!

These days, we call Fremington, North Devon home, which is about an hour and a half away.

I run a small serviced accommodation business in Bristol, so hosting guests is something we take seriously and love doing.

We work closely with our fantastic cleaning team, who can be on-site in emergencies.

How we started

-We have been renovating properties since 2009, primarily providing high-quality homes for families and working professionals. Our journey into serviced accommodation began in 2019 after years of traveling and staying in Airbnb's ourselves. Inspired by what we loved (and what we didn’t), we transformed our first property into a short-stay rental, focusing on comfort, practicality, and a home-like experience.

Today, we own and manage five serviced accommodation properties in Bristol, primarily in the Avonmouth area. Unlike property management companies, we only look after our own homes, ensuring they meet our exacting standards. We take pride in the details—handcrafting much of the furniture ourselves to create unique, stylish, and functional spaces.
